Our Nursery to Reception Transition Portal is a secure, online, platform to allow early education settings to share information for children due to start a Lincoln City school in September 2024. Using the portal gives early education settings a standardised means to share holistic, detailed information, identifying vulnerable children as early as possible in the transition process. Early education settings and schools are able to to operate one, consistent and common approach, this has shown to improve the dialogue between settings and schools.
