School Transition offer unique School Transition Portals for education customers, through a student-centred approach to transition. Built by education professionals for education professionals, our software is designed to improve transition outcomes for students through ensuring a cohesive transition between institutions. School Transition places children, not data, at the centre of their platforms. We aim to open dialogue between schools to ensure that every child is well known at their destination school. The Transition Portal places the emphasis on filling out information for the child, not the destination and creates a centralised system for student movement at transition time.
Our user-led design process has created an intuitive, easy to use system, providing an innovative solution to make sure that pupil information is comprehensively and easily communicated. We offer School Transition Portals to a range of education customers, including early years providers, primary schools, secondary schools and post-16s.
