To ensure the success of the final project and to support transition effectively, the team at Harrington Nursery School engaged in the following best practice:

·        Developed strong, respectful relationships with children and their families.

·        Ensured effective handovers with families, schools and settings adapted to meet the needs of the current situation.

·        Documentation was shared with families, schools and settings including clear guidelines and ideas for home and school learning.

·        Documentation was amended in line with Covid-19, restrictions shared with families, schools and settings.
